Can we check in before 3pm?

We get it! You just want to drop your luggage off and start enjoying Kiama - especially if you are arriving by train. To that end, we always do our level best to accommodate early check-in requests. On the rare occasion that an early check-in is not possible, we can store your luggage while the property is being prepared for you.

Can we check in later than 3pm - say 6pm?

Yes, the property is accessed via a digital keypad - you will receive the access code (PIN) in our welcome message via booking.com. This way, you’ll be able to self check-in any time after 3pm.

Does the property have fly screens?

Yes, there are fly screens on all windows and external doors.

Can we store our luggage for a few hours after we check out?

We get this request a lot from guests who are travelling by train from Sydney! Yes, you can store your luggage for a few hours after check-out and enjoy a lazy lunch in Kiama before heading back into the City.

Do you have Netflix or Spotify?

The TV has multiple streaming apps such as Netflix and Spotify. You’ll need to use your own login credentials to access these sites. For music, if you have Spotify on your phone, you can connect to the TV via bluetooth and listen your music that way.

Should we book a table for dinner before we arrive?

Yes, we recommend that you make reservations for lunch and dinner at weekends and any day in the Summer season.
