Bedrooms

Summer Villa has two bedrooms.. the main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a Double bed. All bedding and towels are premium quality and professionally cleaned after each stay. There is a ceiling fan in each room, and a radiator to take the edge off on the cooler mornings.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. As you would expect, there is plenty of tableware for when you’d prefer a quiet night in. You’ll also find and kettle, fancy tea bags and milk in the fridge.

Living Area

The living area is the perfect place for an evening with a bottle of wine and your favourite streaming channels. The Villa has a high-speed, unlimited download internet connection and a good-sized Google TV that can switch between free-to-air channels and your streaming subscriptions to the likes of Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime, Youtube, Spotify etc.

Bathroom

There’s not much to say about the bathroom other than a) there’s no bath and b) it’s indoors. Beyond that, you’ll find a decent shower with plenty of hot water, Who Gives a Crap TP and a shower set from the local Sea and Beau store. There’s also an outdoor shower which is handy for getting the sand off after a day on the beach.

Outdoors

There’s a patio out the back with a table and seating for four. The patio doors leads to a small platform which is a great spot for snapping the occasional sunset.

Everything Else

Other points of interest… there are plenty of beach towels if you fancy a dip in the ocean or either of Kiama’s sea pools. On-street parking is free and readily available. Additionally, there is off-street parking on the drive for a single vehicle. On the noticeboard, you’ll find vouchers for a complimentary coffee or hot drink from the awesome Manning Street Local - one per person, per night.
